AR Draw Sketch: Trace Anything Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Welcome to AR Draw Sketch: Trace Anything. These Terms of Service ("ToS") and Privacy Policy govern your use of our software applications, websites, tools, and other features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these ToS.

1. Personal Information
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' personal information. This section outlines how we collect, use, share, and process personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of your personal information as described in this ToS.

2. Rights of the Parties
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may use the Services on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited basis for non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Services on a device you do not own. Users have the following rights:

Withdraw Consent: Users can withdraw consent at any time.
Object to Data Processing: Users can object to data processing if it's based on a legal basis other than consent.
Access Data: Users can learn if their data is being processed and obtain a copy of their data.
Verify and Rectify Data: Users can verify the accuracy of their data and request updates or corrections.
Restrict Data Processing: Users can restrict data processing under certain circumstances.

You are not authorized to use the name, trademarks, or other commercial symbols of AR Draw Sketch: Trace Anything without explicit permission.

3. Right of Access, Modification, and Deletion of Your Personal Data
You have the right to access, edit, and delete your personal data collected through the Services. You can access and edit data directly from your personal area on our platforms. If you do not have a personal area, refer to the platforms' access and editing policy.

4. Termination
Your right to use the Services continues until terminated. AR Draw Sketch: Trace Anything may terminate your use of the Services immediately and without notice. You may terminate the ToS at any time by uninstalling the application and ceasing to use the Services. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services. The provisions of this ToS related to warranties, liability limitations, and applicable law will survive termination.

5. Data Transfer
AR Draw Sketch: Trace Anything reserves the right to transfer your personal data in the event of a change of control or cessation of activities, such as through acquisition or merger. In such cases, we will notify users of any changes affecting the Privacy Policy.

7. User Subscription Terms
Registration Options: Users can register for a premium account to access all features without ads.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing may be offered for a limited time. We do not offer price protection or retroactive discounts.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscription Management: Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their account settings.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Cancellation: Users can cancel a subscription during its free trial period via their iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid charges. Auto-renewal can be turned off in account settings, but current subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active period.
